Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson seeks a Restaurant Busperson to maintain clean, organized dining spaces and assist servers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. We value hospitality, integrity, and a collaborative spirit.

You will clear and reset tables, deliver food and beverages, refill water, stock service areas, and help prepare dining spaces for the next shift, while staying friendly, punctual and team‑oriented.

Formación

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and supplies.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dining room.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with restocking items needed during service.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
