Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ year of prior bus or food runner experience preferred.
• Experience in a resort setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers to ensure guest service and satisfaction.
• Polish and set up tables with silverware, glassware, linens and napkins.
• Sanitize booths, chairs and tables; reset with linens, ashtrays and candles.
• Clear dishes and debris; transport to kitchen and dispose properly.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with servers/hosts/management.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks; keep dining area clean.
