Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Busperson for Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak in Las Vegas. You will uphold luxury dining standards, support the service team, and maintain pristine presentation and cleanliness across the dining room, service stations, and storerooms.

Ideal candidates are 18+, flexible to weekends/holidays, with 1+ year of experience in a similar setting; experience in a resort is a plus. Perks include wellness programs, employee discounts, free meals, and parking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• 1+ year of experience as a bus or food runner preferred.
• Experience in a resort setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware and set up tables with silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.
• Fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booths/chair cushions and tables; reset with clean linens and table items.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to turn tables efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks; refill as needed.
• Maintain clean dining room floors and overall cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as requested.
