MGM Resorts International seeks a Busperson for Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak in Las Vegas. You will uphold luxury dining standards, support the service team, and maintain pristine presentation and cleanliness across the dining room, service stations, and storerooms.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware and set up tables with silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories.
• Fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booths/chair cushions and tables; reset with clean linens and table items.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to turn tables efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks; refill as needed.
• Maintain clean dining room floors and overall cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as requested.

THE JOB

The primary responsibility of the Busperson at Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak is to uphold the world-class luxury dining standards of MGM Resorts International by ensuring an immaculate, seamless environment throughout the entire restaurant. This role is essential in supporting the service team by maintaining pristine presentation, hygiene, and optimal inventory across the dining room, service stations, culinary pickup and expeditor lines, storerooms, and beverage pantries in strict alignment with established MGM Resorts and departmental standards of excellence.

THE STARTING RATE

$ 15.0551 Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a bus or food runner preferred
• Experience working in a similar resort setting
