Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering, technology, or business preferred.
• Five or more years of increasing leadership responsibility in aerospace, defense, technology, or a related industrial business.
• Demonstrated ownership of a P&L or its major drivers, including sales, EBITDA, pricing, cash, and operating execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through people who may not report directly to you.
• A record of working directly with customers, negotiating contracts, and winning profitable new business.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L: take full responsibility for bookings, sales, EBITDA, and cash generation.
• Deliver the plan: build and execute the annual operating and long-term growth plans.
• Know the numbers: understand performance drivers and hold the organization accountable.
• Value-based pricing: set pricing based on product value and market position.
• Lead customer relationships and contract decisions to protect profitability.
• Lead the team: align functions and conduct monthly business reviews.
