Job summary

Aerosphere Power and Navigation is seeking a Business Unit Manager at our Budd Lake, New Jersey location. You will own the full P&L for the business unit, lead cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, sales and finance, and drive pricing, productivity, and strategic growth initiatives.

You will apply analytical rigor, make data-driven decisions, and maintain a high level of autonomy while focusing on ethical standards, safety and compliance in a decentralized

Qualifications

• FAR, ITAR and EAR knowledge
• Critical thinking and sound business judgment
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint proficiency
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Broad business knowledge across sales, engineering, finance and operations
• Contract terms interpretation in aerospace/defense
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams spanning operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, sales and finance
• Set and execute pricing strategies, drive productivity and margin improvements
• Manage customer relationships and ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans and long-term value creation
• Monitor performance, deliver analysis/reports, and communicate with leadership
• Participate in contract negotiations and oversee customer correspondence
• Foster talent development, succession planning and cultural stewardship
