Job summary

PPT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive to lead a business unit focused on delivering engineering services to customers. You will drive revenue growth, deepen relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery across engagements.

You will coach developing leaders, manage budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capabilities with customer needs. This role requires strategic vision and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of technical experience (aviation preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.
• Experience with business development, strategic capture, proposal development, and teaming with partners.
• Strong business savvy with excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a business unit responsible for delivering excellence through engineering services to the customer.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue, expand customer relationships, and strengthen market position.
• Champion high-quality delivery across all engagements, ensuring consistency.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to a talented team of developing leaders.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions, capabilities, and innovation with customer needs.
• Represent PPT Solutions with credibility in customer meetings, executive discussions, and industry engagements.
