Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, including customer facing experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Industry knowledge of Telecom/Datacom market segments (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches).
• Ability to communicate effectively across matrixed, geographically dispersed teams and with vendors and customers.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational leadership, market development, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team within the business to meet customer needs and influence product roadmaps.
• Own Account P&L (revenue over $100M/year) and lead cost improvement initiatives and related contracts.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure correct solutions are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to deliver high-performing customer solutions.
• Partner with Quality to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
