We are seeking an experienced Healthineers Performance System (HPS) Expert to help drive transformation and operational excellence across our North America Commercial organization. HPS is the Siemens Healthineers' approach to continuous improvement and enterprise transformation. It brings together proven methods from Lean management, Agile methodologies, design thinking, strategy execution, and organizational change management to help teams solve complex problems, improve end-to-end performance, and deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes at scale.
The successful candidate will combine the mindset of a transformation leader, the discipline of a Lean practitioner, and the credibility of a trusted advisor. They will be equally comfortable facilitating a Kaizen workshop, coaching senior leaders, leading a transformation program, and translating data into actionable business decisions.

The base pay range for this position is: $141,340 - $194,337. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
