Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in IT Service Processes, you will help clients identify and address business challenges related to their IT application portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate the portfolio's technical and functional aspects.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Evaluate Client IT Portfolios: Assess the technical and functional aspects of clients' IT application portfolios to identify areas for improvement and potential business challenges.
• Analyze Business Issues: Apply knowledge of IT service delivery processes, SLAs, KPIs, and associated tools to analyze clients' business issues, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions.
• Drive Business Alignment: Align business objectives, IT processes, and IT service measurements to drive maximum value for the client, emphasizing the integration of IT services with business goals.
• Develop Solutions: Use analytical findings to develop solutions that address clients' business challenges and improve their IT application portfolio.
• Deliver Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions about their IT application portfolio and associated business processes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
