Qualifications

• Prior telecommunications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and resolve technical issues.
• Document interactions with up-to-date client notes.
• Handle escalations via tickets for business clients.
• Cross-train to support expanding product offerings.
• Engage with clients to streamline resolution and reduce effort.
• Prepare and execute orders for service changes and disconnects.
