Willow Valley Communities is seeking a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team at the Corporate Office in Willow Street, PA. The role focuses on supporting ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and POS systems, with emphasis on payroll and benefits workflows, reporting, and automation.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in a similar role, strong communication, and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM/UKG systems, analytics via Power BI, and UAT/regression testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Experience with ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and POS systems.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and custom report creation.
• Experience writing user guides, project documents, and test plans.
• Experience performing UAT and regression testing.

Responsibilities

Full-Time | Salaried Position at Willow Valley Communities Corporate Office, Willow Street, PA Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Starting at $36.80/hour+, based on experience

Willow Valley Communities is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. We are especially interested in candidates with payroll and benefits experience and hands‑on experience with UKG Pro WFM/UKG systems.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Business Systems team to support critical business applications used across the organization while helping drive system improvements, reporting, automation, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. What You'll Do

• Serve as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary Business Systems team within the IT Department.
• Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and Point of Sale platforms.
• Collaborate with departments throughout the organization on system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Create and maintain project documentation, system documentation, training guides, and user resources.
• Develop custom reports and analytics using tools such as Power BI.
• Evaluate business processes for efficiency and implement automation opportunities where appropriate.
• Participate in enterprise technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and system validation activities.
• Participate in the IT On-Duty evening and weekend emergency on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
