Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 5+ years as a subject matter expert with business apps such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Coupa.
• Experience with multinational manufacturing company.
• NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, and Planful experience a plus.
• Biotech industry experience a plus.
• Experience transforming businesses via enterprise-wide large-scale initiatives like ERP implementations.
• Strong project management, change management, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, systems setup, and management reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis and automation tools and common office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, Power BI).
• Excellent interpersonal communications; able to build relationships with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to succeed in a collaborative, startup-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Business Systems Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, maintaining, and customizing Recor’s business systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand primary needs and goals and create solutions to drive process efficiency and automation. You will help the business improve their current usage of our toolset and scale our systems and processes for future expansion.

Essential Job Functions

• System Configuration: Configure and customize Recor systems to align with business requirements.
• Data Migration: Oversee data migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Workflow Implementation: Assist in implementing workflow processes within NetSuite and Coupa.
• Troubleshooting: Address system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual efforts, and enhance accuracy.
• NetSuite Forms & PDFs: Manage transaction forms and PDF output such as customer invoices.
• Reporting: Develop management reports and dashboards.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Data Management: Ensure proper governance and controls in managing master data.
• Software Upgrade Management: Review release notes and test relevant changes.
• Project Management: Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
• User Training: Provide training and support to business teams and end-users on the use of systems and new features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range: $113,000- $130,000 (Annual Base Salary)

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
