What does it take to be a PLUS Business Systems & Operations Manager?* 3-4 years of help desk experience.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications.* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools).* Experience with service ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar).* Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.* High level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.* Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various vendors and contacts outside of the firm.* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent requests and projects.* Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.* Work independently on IT projects with minimal supervision while remaining adaptable to environmental changes and communicating technical updates effectively across all organizational levels.## **Benefits**Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.
