Job summary

PLUS Communications is seeking a Managing Director to join our Arlington-based digital practice. You will develop and lead integrated digital strategies for complex public affairs clients, and provide senior-level counsel to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.

You will mentor a high-performing team, oversee multiple client engagements, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality creative assets and data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, public affairs, PR, or political campaigns.
• Advanced writing skills for senior stakeholders and AP Style editing.
• Experience using digital and social media for issue advocacy campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop and lead integrated digital strategies and grow business.
• Experience deploying AI tools to improve processes while meeting expectations.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing multiple client engagements.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
