Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years experience supporting enterprise applications, Windows/Linux servers, or related infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers supporting enterprise applications.
• Perform OS updates, security patches and routine server maintenance.
• Monitor system health and capacity across hosted environments.
• Troubleshoot server, OS and infrastructure issues impacting applications.
• Maintain system documentation, schedules and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for enterprise applications.
• Assist with application upgrades, deployments and production releases.
• Support monitoring, backup validation, disaster recovery and DR readiness.
• Contribute to change management and release validation.
