Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior ERP System Architect to own Deltek Costpoint ERP design, data flows, and integrations within a complex enterprise environment. You will guide updates, migrations, and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.

You will coordinate with end users, IT, and vendors, translating business needs into actionable requirements, while ensuring security and ITAR compliance. This role requires strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, or Master's degree with 7 years prior related experience.
• ERP system administration experience
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required)
• SharePoint experience (required)
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and workflow improvements
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Strong project and change management capabilities
• Ability to balance technical depth with business needs
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, or protected individual status as defined by ITAR

Responsibilities

• Own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP.
• Lead integrations between various business systems.
• Maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations.
• Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule.
• Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work.
• Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools.
• Serve as liaison between end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs.
• Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Manage business system implementation projects within budgets and schedules.
• Lead user acceptance testing, collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop reports for data analysis and operational visibility.
• Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries.
• Coordinate with IT and developers to meet security and technical standards.
• Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines.
• Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment.
