The Technology Business Systems Consultant serves as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that support business objectives. This role combines deep business process knowledge with technical expertise to identify opportunities, define requirements, manage complex initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of strategic technology programs.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and documentation efforts for complex technology initiatives.
• Drive large-scale projects involving system integrations, application enhancements, automation, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operations groups to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate current processes and systems to identify efficiencies, risk reductions, and optimization opportunities.
• Support governance, compliance, risk management, and technology control requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive-level presentations.
• Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise for business systems and technology processes.
• Ensure successful implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support of technology solutions.
