Job summary

Phoenix Zoo is seeking a Business Systems & Reporting Manager to oversee critical IT systems, BI reporting, and integrations with Galaxy and Salesforce. You will lead a team delivering data-driven insights, ad-hoc SQL queries, and end-user training, while driving efficiency and best practices.

You will supervise the Business Systems team, coordinate with vendors, and work with internal stakeholders to meet organization-wide reporting needs and drive strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SQL concepts.
• Experience creating BI reports with Tableau, SSRS, or Power BI.
• Experience with Galaxy and Salesforce ticketing and fundraising software.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and oversight of key business systems.
• Supervise the Business Systems team and mentor staff.
• Develop and maintain Tableau/SSRS/Power BI reports and SQL queries.
• Coordinate system integrations and API work for Galaxy and Salesforce.
• Ensure PCI compliance and maintain test environments.
