Business Systems Analyst (Daily Loans Data)

We are seeking a hands‑on Business Systems Analyst to support Phase 2 of our Daily Loans Data Delivery initiative. This role focuses on mapping, validating, and testing daily loan data feeds to ensure alignment with business and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map loan data elements from source systems to our daily reporting specifications.
• Partner with business reporting teams to gather, clarify, and validate data requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis on daily loan files.
• Support SIT/UAT testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect triage.
• Investigate data mismatches, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with IT and data teams.
• Document data mappings, business rules, and process flows.
• Ensure delivered data meets accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Data Analyst in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, loan lifecycle, or daily loan reporting data.
• Hands‑on experience with data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting regulatory or financial reporting initiatives preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Excellent communication skills to work with business, reporting, and technical teams.
