Job summary

Varo Bank is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst in Salt Lake City to analyze enterprise IT systems, automate workflows, and ensure systems align with business strategy. You will oversee Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian Suite administration and integration.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, drive user adoption, and collaborate with IT partners to improve stability, security and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3–5 years of business systems or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience building automations, API integrations, and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Go, PowerShell).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from interviews, workshops, observation, and document analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and streamline business application systems to support organizational objectives.
• Translate business requirements into well-designed technology solutions.
• Recommend enhancements by partnering with Project Managers and stakeholders.
