Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Security/User Provisioning Analyst to transform manual iFAMS provisioning into automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps. The role collaborates with VA stakeholders, IAM teams, and application owners to ensure secure access control and operational continuity.

You will evaluate identity models, implement RBAC/ABAC, and support testing, change management, and phased rollout in a federal environment. A T2 Public Trust is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in an O&M environment.
• Knowledge of Momentum with preferred experience specifically with Security.
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, authorization, and access control concepts.
• Experience assessing access models and identifying security or operational gaps.
• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, separation of duties, and privileged access.
• Ability to translate business roles into permissions, entitlements, and approval requirements.
• Experience supporting or implementing Momentum in a federal environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T2 Public Trust.
• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
