Job summary

CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator to join our Accounts Management team in Hampton, VA. This role supports Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations and contributes to mission success.

You'll provide day-to-day account provisioning, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain permissions, respond to outages, and coordinate with security teams. The position requires TS/SCI clearance, a related degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years in systems administration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of systems administration experience.
• Security+ CE certification or equivalent.
• Experience with identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day provisioning and maintenance of user accounts using identity tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex account issues and implement fixes.
• Ensure correct access permissions are provisioned in collaboration with management and customers.
• Respond to service outages and system inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct systems analysis and support upgrades to align with evolving technologies.
• Perform health checks on processes, services, networks, and storage.
• Maintain configuration and documentation using SharePoint and record-management practices.
• Collaborate with security and cross-functional teams on improvements and issue resolution.
• Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and 2 support personnel.
