SCALE Implementation Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (Client located in Florida)

Duration: 6 Month Contract (Possible Extension)

The SCALE Implementation Analyst is responsible for solution and implementation activities as assigned for the company's technology portfolio. Major activities include solution documentation, solution estimation, solution design, solution configuration/development, solution continuous improvement, and solution implementation. This position will work closely with business partners and extended technology teams to deliver a competitive and quality distribution management solution.

Job Description

• Responsible for product rollout, product subject matter expert, development and maintenance of product documentation, development and maintenance of product training, testing support, troubleshooting.
• Provide product support for existing clients and Help Desk.
• Support internal customers, including client demonstrations.
• Prepare weekly status reports on assigned activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely timesheet and project reporting.
• Engage in continuous improvement and internal innovation.
• Conceptualize system configurations to solve daily business problems.
• Solve complex supply chain challenges in a team environment.
• Manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Collaborate with others to achieve results.
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Skill Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in information technology or supply chain management systems.
• Well-rounded knowledge of distribution/3PL industry to facilitate requirements discussion and troubleshooting between business owners, customers, and IT teams.
• Proficiency in MS SQL for data analytics and extraction.
• Knowledge of distribution and supply chain business flows.
• Strong documentation skills related to business requirements, functional design, and solution configuration.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in Web Services or API development.
