$70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Our client, a leader in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the Licensing & Publishing Technology team supporting Global Consumer Products (GCP). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst IV

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour

What's the Job?

• Lead business requirements gathering efforts with various stakeholders for initiatives across GCP, focusing on the Product Lifecycle Management tool roadmap.
  
• Analyze and convert user requirements into functional design and specifications.
  
• Collaborate with business areas to identify, document, and communicate business needs.
  
• Document, analyze, and assess current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
  
• Plan, facilitate, and execute system/functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects and enhancements.

  • 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
    
  • 4+ years of experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
    
  • 4+ years of expertise in modeling/mapping current-state to future-state business processes.
    
  • Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
