Sr Infra/Security Business Systems Analyst (Remote - W2)

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure/Security Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract. This is a 100% remote role requiring candidates to work Eastern Time hours, within core business hours, and not exceeding 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current systems, gathering requirements, and working closely with business and technical teams to implement or upgrade infrastructure and packaged systems. This role emphasizes business analysis skills over technical expertise, with some testing knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a liaison between business and technology groups, identifying and defining system requirements and objectives.
2. Collaborate with business customers and technical teams to understand and specify system enhancements and modifications.
3. Facilitate sessions to elicit requirements, track progress, and report to project leadership.
4. Work with project managers to identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a business systems analyst or similar role aligned with a technology platform.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, management, and use case modeling.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with vendor solutions and internal application development projects.
• Strong skills in requirements management tools like TFS or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with infrastructure projects.
• Experience as a QA analyst focusing on functional and risk-based testing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for artifact generation and refinement.
