Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in the definition of business processes to measure, analyze, improve and control the process.
• Collaborates with business and development teams to understand requirements and communicate changes.
• Analyzes and documents business and user requirements, creating functional specs.
• Proposes system enhancements based on technical understanding.
• Supports ongoing exploration of performance metrics to guide planning.
• Assists in cost-benefit analyses to aid implementation decisions.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and documents RCA.
• Supports IT service management practices and SDLC delivery.
• Assists in test planning and execution for technology delivery.
• Participates in planning and documenting user stories and prototype development.
