• Ability to facilitate discovery sessions, focus groups, and process-mapping workshops.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analysis of operational workflows and human systems to identify friction points.
• Map current-state operations and design future-state workflows with stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to align priorities and gather requirements for changes.
• Develop communication plans, user guides, and training resources to support adoption.
