Job Description

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person.

This is an on-site position in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. Some consideration will be given to candidates located in the South Paris, ME and Springfield, MA area.

Summary Working under limited supervision, the Business System Analyst will work closely with senior analysts, IT leadership, and business users, the Business Systems Analyst II helps document processes, troubleshoot system issues, perform data analysis, and contribute to technology-driven process improvements. This position is critical in ensuring that business systems remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with departmental needs.
