Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Functional Analyst to lead moderately complex application projects from requirements gathering and functional design through testing and implementation. • High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in Support Product Analysis and Documentation.
• Minimum 5 years coordinating stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum 5 years in complete business analysis and quality validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for assigned applications, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, data analysis, project estimates, and coordination of project team meetings.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts; coordinate testing activities and ensure issues are documented, resolved, and validated prior to implementation.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements, support system enhancements and integrations, and provide guidance on the impact of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and functional lead, collaborating with vendors and project teams while mentoring less-experienced team members on application training, research, and project methodologies.
• Support post-implementation activities, including gathering feedback, resolving issues, reviewing actual results against project plans, and ensuring adherence to business, risk, regulatory, audit, and technology standards.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:
