Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and enhance complex information systems that support key business objectives. You will lead technical analysis, application design, and oversee development efforts.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft .NET & Azure.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Angular.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SQL engineer & Cloud Database.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation for complex projects and application enhancements.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams to define technical solutions, manage project plans, estimate effort, and deliver milestones on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, coordinate development activities, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Analyze application integrations and system dependencies, troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, and recommend technology or process improvements.
• Ensure applications meet business, risk, regulatory, and internal control requirements while partnering with stakeholders, senior management, and vendors to support ongoing system effectiveness.
