Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in listed fields.
• Graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Interest in business process analysis, enterprise systems, software delivery, and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• AI tool literacy and ability to describe tool usage and validate outputs.
• Experience through coursework, projects, internships, student organizations, or other activities where problems were analyzed and recommendations developed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and common productivity tools.
• Exposure to SAP, SQL, Python, Power BI, process mapping, Agile methodologies, software development, process automation, AI, ML, or data analytics concepts is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, collaboration, and initiative.
• Does not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Systems Analysts, engineers, product and portfolio teams, and business stakeholders to understand business processes and technology solutions.
• Analyze business processes and document system requirements, translating needs into solution approaches.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other analysis artifacts using templates and AI tooling where appropriate.
• Learn how SAP, SaaS platforms, custom applications, and integrations support end-to-end business processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Support solution delivery activities including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, defect analysis, and validation of system changes.
• Assist with application configuration and maintenance under guidance of experienced team members.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to prototype, learn, debug, or increase delivery speed while validating outputs and tradeoffs.
• Analyze information and data to help identify opportunities for process improvement and business value including deployment of AI-assisted capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer, operational, and business needs.
• Document system capabilities, workflows, dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement efforts, and team initiatives.
• Demonstrate curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Present work, impact, and key learnings to technology leaders at the internship conclusion.
