SALARY RANGE: $70,627- $100,000

The Data Strategy Coordinator is a one-year time-limited position responsible for leading the development and coordination of a comprehensive Enterprise Data and Analytics Strategy for the North Carolina Community College System. This position serves as the primary strategist and coordinator for creating an enterprise framework that aligns data, analytics, technology, governance, organizational capabilities, and change management to support a modern, sustainable data ecosystem.
Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups. Translate technical concepts into executive-level communications Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects. Analyze organizational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Develop actionable implementation plans. Communicate effectively with executives, technical staff, and institutional leaders. Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution in a discipline related to the area of assignment with five years of programmatic experience related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
