Job summary

North Carolina Community College System (System Office) seeks a Data Strategy Coordinator for a one-year time-limited position. You will lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, align data and analytics, and coordinate cross-functional projects across higher education systems.

The Data Strategy Coordinator is a one-year time-limited position responsible for leading the development and coordination of a comprehensive Enterprise Data and Analytics Strategy for the North Carolina Community College System.

This position serves as the primary strategist and coordinator for creating an enterprise framework that aligns data, analytics, technology, governance, organizational capabilities, and change management to support a modern, sustainable data ecosystem.

Management Preference :

Master's degree in a related field; Experience in higher education, particularly within community colleges or statewide higher education systems; Experience with enterprise data governance, analytics, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation initiatives; Familiarity with enterprise information systems such as ERP, CRM, student information systems, HR, finance, and learning management systems
