Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business problems and translate requirements into effective solution designs. You will partner with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and support Agile teams throughout delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of IT experience as a Business Analyst, with strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Agile development and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
• Develop requirements and specifications for process or system solutions.
• Translate business requirements into a design for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure traceability of documentation.
• Create and maintain functional test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in backlog refinement.
• Provide guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.
