Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze and improve IT systems and business processes. You will translate business requirements into actionable design, support cross-domain projects, and collaborate with product teams to deliver informed solutions.

The role requires 4+ years as a Business Analyst, strong communication, and experience in an Agile setting with SAP Workday integrations and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Agile development and backlog management.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into design specifications.
• Develop requirements for cross-domain process or system solutions.
• Create and maintain functional design documents and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and QA for agile delivery.
• Support interfaces and data integration between Workday, SAP, and other systems.
• Participate in customer demos and coordinate testing activities.
