Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs. You will document specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support Agile development through testing and acceptance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of working experience in an Information Technology environment as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient with system/application design and end user support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications.
• Ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated.
• Ability to mentor others.
• Experience reading ABAP programs would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop requirements for process or system solutions across business domains and document details for developers.
• Break down partner stories into backlog items for the product team.
• Maintain and update business process documentation for traceability.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and stored.
• Collaborate with analysts and scrum teams for consistency.
• Provide functional design specifications for new development and major enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers to create interfaces that satisfy requirements.
• Develop and maintain functional test cases and automated tests.
• Provide acceptance criteria and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Review and remediate defects from testing and deployments.
• Participate in customer demos for complete requirements.
• Verify production changes with affected business units.
