Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 4 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient with system/application design and end user support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop and document requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and recommend improvements and/or solutions.
• Develop requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple domains.
• Create functional design specifications for development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in processes and documentation.
