Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Ability to create report mockups.
- Experience using SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or 4 years related experience.
- MS degree in Information Services, Computer Science, or MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify high priority needs and capture requirements as user stories.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlog for initiatives.
- Develop functional requirements docs, data models, and UAT support.
- Serve as SME for business processes and translate problems into solutions.
- Lead requirements sessions and ensure alignment with product management.
