Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level projects.
Ability to create report mockups and data models.
Proven skills in gathering, documenting and validating requirements.
Strong communication with business users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Advocate for business partners by defining scope and objectives for initiatives.
Prioritize, analyze, define and manage backlog with Product Managers.
Develop and maintain business specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders and document findings.
