The position is salary-exempt and on-site at Rogers, AR, requiring a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience, with travel within North America as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in data analytics and supply chain/logistics or related field.
• Proven ability to utilize a business intelligence software to analyze and present data to drive business decisions.
• Industry experience: preference for pet or people food processing organization.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 4 years’ equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Produces analysis, reporting and insights for short and long-term production planning, capacity planning, and logistics for a business unit operations.
• Partners with Demand Planning and Production Planning to provide analytics, exception reporting and insights to drive key business metrics.
• Supports monthly supply review as part of the S&OP process with data analysis, insights and recommendations in support of the supply plan.
• Manages inventory levels of finished goods by SKU based on forecast demand and service levels.
• Participates in team development, communication and implementation of policies and programs to ensure cohesion and alignment.
