Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Louisville, KY is seeking a focused Business Systems Analyst I to assist with requirements gathering and documentation for software modifications or new products. You will work with a BSA II and project stakeholders to define functionality and gain approval.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining functional specs, building workflows, assisting QA and training teams, and supporting Sales and Operations with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Computer Information Systems; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience directly with customers and developers.
• Performed requirements gathering and created functional specifications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of software design and databases.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, SCM and logistics applications.
• Willingness to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Travel: 20% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specification documents.
• Gather requirements and secure approval of project functional specs.
• Define requirements with customers and project teams.
• Develop test plans and assist QA.
• Create system workflows and module descriptions.
• Assist training and user documentation.
• Provide product support to Sales and Operations.
• Lead training and go-live activities.
