Qualifications

• 3+ years of business systems analysis or related experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Translate needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate across the project lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Support system implementations including testing and deployment.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder meetings.
