Biodesix is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join our on-site team in Louisville, CO. You will collaborate across business operations and IT to elicit, analyze, and document needs, translate requirements into deliverables, and support deployment and ongoing operations in a fast-paced environment.

You bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Equivalent may be considered.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Programmer Analyst.
• Experience in an Agile or hybrid project environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Requirements Management – elicit requirements; validate completeness; monitor changes.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating needs with stakeholders and IT.
• Author accurate user and software requirements and related artifacts such as process diagrams.
• Identify KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to align across departments.
• Serve as liaison between business operations and IT; prepare demos and presentations.
• Define scope, check timelines, coordinate resources, and monitor deliverables.
