Job summary

Vistar in Denver (local to our office) seeks a Business Systems Analyst I who can bridge IT and business teams. This hands-on role drives process models and supports end-to-end implementations, ensuring changes align with user needs and business goals.

You will elicit and document requirements, coordinate testing and UAT, and collaborate across departments to deliver IT solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in information systems or related field and 1–3 years of BA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, CS or related field.
• 1–3 years business analyst experience with some business systems analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively between IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to other departments with specific business functions.
• Identify, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions.
• Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate requirements; coordinate testing & UAT.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resources.
• Analyze current state of systems and create process artifacts; liaison between IT and departments.
• Support project delivery and coordination to meet timelines and deliverables.
