Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, interview stakeholders, and craft clear specifications to ensure alignment with technical solutions for medium to complex initiatives.

The role emphasizes documenting processes, facilitating Design Thinking and JAD sessions, and supporting from planning through go-live.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant experience.
• 6–8 years of related information technology work experience, preferably in health insurance.
• Leadership in major initiatives; demonstrated leadership experience.
• Production Support activities: issue resolution, incident management and automation.
• Experience with claims process systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze medium to complex issues and document business needs.
• Conduct requirements interviews with stakeholders (JAD, Design Thinking).
• Follow the organization’s requirements documentation process and participate in grooming sessions.
• Identify viable solution alternatives with architects and leads.
• Lead improvements, validate requirements and ensure traceability.
• Create technical documents and high-level solution designs.
• Gather estimates and support business case/ROI development.
• Provide system support during testing and go-live.
