The Business Systems Analyst I supports the North Carolina Child Support Services program by researching, testing, and improving statewide systems used for child support case management and financial operations. Working within the Systems and User Support Unit, the position resolves system issues, develops and documents business requirements, and assists with the design and modification of applications that support child support functions.
This role participates in development and testing activities for system enhancements and integrated applications, including data warehouse and web-based tools. Collaboration with technical leads, partners, and management is essential for planning and implementing system changes. The position also monitors system performance and conducts quality assurance reviews to maintain reliability and prevent production interruptions.
Salary Grade Range: $57,983.00 - $101,470.00
Recruitment Range: $57,983.00 - $60,471.00
