Infant-Toddler Program (ITP), which provides supports and services for families and their children, birth to three who have developmental delays and/or disabilities. Some work with personnel records and human resource activities.

Although located primarily in Shelby, the position may also provide office support remotely or onsite for satellite locations, assist with facilities management, motor fleet related activities, equipment maintenance and provide support to direct care staff.
