Job summary

Talentify is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will gather and translate requirements, create detailed functional specs, and drive system enhancements to meet business objectives.

You will lead stakeholder sessions, document sign-offs, and deliver key reports and data extracts for partners. The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with new system implementations, workflows, requirements gathering and software life cycle.
• Insurance industry experience and offshore resource model experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate business requirements into functional specs for IT solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate requirements for design and implementation.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and document sign-offs.
• Communicate project priorities to IT and provide status updates to leadership.
• Create training materials and train end users on system enhancements and new programs.
• Provide reports and data extracts to internal and external partners.
