Qualifications

• Gather and analyze requirements for business systems.
• Map data flows and data mappings for new systems.
• Lead testing activities and test planning efforts.
• Understand and apply Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate Waterfall project phases where applicable.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements gathering activities, representing approximately 30% of the role.
• Conduct data mapping and data analysis activities, representing approximately 30% of the role.
• Serve as a testing lead/tester and support test planning, representing approximately 30% of the role.
• Participate in meetings and project discussions, representing approximately 10% of the role.
• Gather and analyze application requirements and implementation strategies.
• Identify overlaps, key connections, risks, and constraints across requirements and implementation activities.
• Support system implementations and interfaces through effective data mapping.
• Work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
